Barack Obama is an American civil rights attorney turned politician, former (2 Time) president, first Black & multiracial president. He is a Nobel Peace Prize laureate.

Barack Obama was born as Barack Hussein Obama II on 4th August 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States to Barack Obama Sr.(Father) & Ann Dunham(Mother). 

Barack Obama was the 44th president of the United States. He served as the president in the White House from 2009-2017. He has served as a senator from Illinois previously. He graduated from Harvard Law School, he was the first black president of the 'Harward Law Review'. He involves in philathropic activities through Obama Foundation.

Ann Dunham: Barack Obama's mother Ann Dunham (aka Ann Dunham/ Ann Obama/ Ann Soetoro/ Ann Sutoro) was born on 29th November 1942 in Wichita, Kansas, United States to Madelyn Lee Payne & Stanley Armour Dunham. She was mostly of English ancestry.

Ann Dunham was an Anthropologist who worked in the economic anthropology & rural development.

Ann Dunham met Barack Obama Sr. in the Russian language class. The couple married on the Hawaiin island of Maui on 2nd February 1961.

Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, a Javanese surveyor in 1965, Lol moved to Indonesia in 1966 & Barack lived there for 3 years. With him she had a daughter named Maya Kasandra Soetoro.

Charles T. Payne & Jon V. Payne were her uncles. She died of uterine cancer on 7th November 1995.

Barack Obama Sr.: Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was the Father of Barack Obama. He has worked as a senior economist in the Kenyan government. He met Barack's mother Ann Dunham in the USA while studying as foreign student.

He was born in 1936 in Nairobi, Kenya to Onyango Obama/ Hussein Obama & Habiba Akumu Nyanjango. When he was studying the Christian missionary school, he converted from Islam to Anglicanism. He later left religion altogether & became an atheist.

He was previously married to Kezia Aoko, with who he has two children Malik Obama & Auma Obama.

After separation from Ann Dunham Barack Sr. married Ruth Beatrice Baker, a Jewish-American woman. The couple had two sons Mark & David

Lolo Soetoro: was the sepfather of Barack Obama, he was married to Barack's mother Ann Dunham. Lolo was the son of Martodihardjo. He father Maya with Ann Dunham. He had a second marriage to Erna Kustina in 1980. He has 2 sons Yusuf Aji Soetoro (1981) & Rahayu Nurmaida Soetoro(1984) born to her.

Soetoro considered himself a follower of Islam which was liberal enough to accept Dharmic philosophies of Hinduism & Buddhism into it. He died of liver failure in 1987 at the age of 52.

Barack Obama Sr. was married to Kezia Obama when he was just 18 years old. Later he married Ann Dunham when he moved to USA. she has 4 children with Barack Obama Sr.- Auma Obama, Malik Obama, Bernard Obama & Abo Obama.

Maya Soetoro-Ng: Maya is the maternal half-sister of Obama, She was a teacher by profession before joining Obama foundation as a consultant.

She was born in 1970 in Jakarta, Indonesia to Lolo Soetoro & Ann Dunham. She was named after the poet Maya Angelou. She is a graduate from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Maya married Chinese Canadian Konrad Ng in 2003. The Couple have two daughter Suhaila Ng & Savita Ng.

Konrad Ng: Brother in-law of Barack Obama is a Canadian of Malaysian Chinese descent (now a US citizen) . He has worked as the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center director & as an assistant professor at the Hawaiian University.

Rita Auma Obama: Rita , the paternal half sister of Barack is a sociologist who works as a community activist, journalist & author based in Kenya. She serves as the executive chairman of Sauti Kuu foundation.

Auma studied German at the University of Heidelberg, she is a PhD scholar from University of Bayreuth. She was previously married to Ian Manners, an Englishman. The couple has a daughter in Akinyi (born in 1997). The couple are divorced now. She is the recipient of International TÜV Rheinland Global Compact Award.

Mark Obama: Mark is the son of Ruth Beatrice Baker, a American Jewish woman & Barack Obama Sr. He has a sibling in David. Mark Okoth Obama Ndesandjo is a writer, musician, caligrapher. He lives in Shenzhen with his Chinese wife Liu Xuehua.

David Obama: David was the son of Ruth Beatrice Baker, a American Jewish woman & Barack Obama Sr. David died in a motorcycle accident.

Abo Obama: Abo was born in 1968 to Kezia Obama & Barack Obama Sr. after Barack Obama Sr. returned to her after 2 divorces. He is also known as Samson Obama. He owns a mobile phone shop in Kenya. He was denied entry to UK on child sex assault.

Bernard Obama: Bernard was born in 1970 to Kezia Obama & Barack Obama Sr. He is married to Lily Achoch, a care worker.

George Obama: George was born as the son of Barack Obama Sr. with Jael Otinyo in 1982. Barack Obama Sr. died in a car accident when George was just a baby. George is a Mechanical Engineer. He denied news by some outlets that saying he lived on $1 a month in Kenya.

Stanley Armour Dunham: was the maternal grandfather of Barack Obama. Stanley & his wife Madelyn raised Obama in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Stanley was born in 1918 to Ralph Waldo Emerson Dunham, Sr. & Ruth Lucille Armour. He served in the United States Army during the World War 2. He later worked as a salesman. He died in 1992 in Honolulu, Hawaii

Madelyn Dunham: Born Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham in 1922 in Peru, Kansas, United states as the eldest child of Rolla Charles Payne & Leona Belle. She was fondly called "Toot" by both Barack & Maya (tutu is a Hawaiian word for grandmother)

She died in November 2008, just two days before Barack Obama was elected the 44th President of USA.

Onyango Obama: Onyango Obama (1895-1979) was the paternal grandfather of Barack Obama, he was a British East India company employee, he worked as the cook for Christian missionaries. He travelled across Europe, India & Zanzibar. He changed his religion to Islam from Roman Catholicism during his travelling years

Habiba Akumu Nyanjango (c. 1918–2006): Was the second wife of Onyango Obama, she was from Karabondi, Kenya. Barack Obama Sr. was brough up by Onyango's 3rd wife Sarah Ogwel after Habiba died an early death.

Sarah Obama: Sarah is the 3rd wife of Onyango Obama, she was born in 1922. She took care of all the children of Onyango after the death of Habiba.

Barack Obama is married to American Lawyer, writer & university administrator Michelle Obama born as Michelle LaVaughn Robinson on 17th January 1964 in South Side of Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Michelle met Barack while both of them worked at Sidley Austin law firm (based in Chicago). She has supported & has spoken in favor of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S Presidential Campaign

The couple have two daughters Malia Ann Obama (born on July 4, 1998) & Natasha Obama (known as Sasha Obama) (born on June 10, 2001)

Malia Ann Obama was born on 4th of July 1998 (What a date!) at the University of Chicago Medical Center, she was delivered by doctor Anita Blanchard. Malias interests are- soccer, dance, drama. She is a graduate & has attended University of Chicago Laboratory School. Malia has worked as an intern in the U.S Embassy in Madrid, Spain. She has worked in TV studios as well. She was an intern for Harvey Weinstein at The Weinstein Company in February 2017.

Sasha Obama was born Natasha Obama on June 10 2001 at the University of Chicago Medical Center, delivered again by the same Dr. Anita Blanchard. Sasha was the youngest child to live in White House since John F Kenndey Jr. , Sasha's interests are- Piano & Tennis. Sasha has studied at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. Sasha has attended University of Chicago Laboratory School as well.

Marian Lois Shields is the mother in-law of Barack Obama, she was born on 29th July 1937 as the 4th of 7 children to Purnell Nathaniel Shields (Father) a house painter & Rebecca Jumper(Mother) a licensed nurse. 

While Michelle actively participated in her husband Barack Obama's campaign, it was Marian who took care of her granddaughters Malia Obama & Sasha Obama. Marian lived in the White House with Barack, Michelle & Family after 2009.

Fraser Robinson III, the father in-law of Barack Obama was born on August 1st 1935 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, United States to Fraser Robinson, Jr. and LaVaughn Delores Robinson, he worked as a House painter. He died in 1991. Michelle Obama fondly remembers him in her Instagram post "My father, Fraser Robinson, taught me to work hard, laugh often, and keep my word. Every day, I see @barackobama instilling those same values in our girls."

Brother In-law

Craig Robinson is the only brother in-law of Barack, he was born as Craig Malcolm Robinson on 21st April 1962, he is the college basketball coach, basketball executive & broadcaster. He has previously worked as the head of Oregon State University basketball coach. 

He has worked for New York Knicks. He has been married twice, once to Janis Robinson with whom he has a son named Avery Robinson (born in 1992) & a daughter named Leslie Robinson (born in 1996).

Craig married Kelly Mccrum in 2006, the couple has two sons - Austin Robinson(2010) & Aaron Robinson(2012).
